Modern in the Middle: Chicago Houses 1929-1975, Book Launch (Virtual)

The Mies van der Rohe Society, Illinois Institute of Technology College of Architecture, and Chicago Architecture Center hosted a virtual book launch for Modern in the Middle: Chicago Houses 1929-1975, co-authored by College of Architecture Professor, Michelangelo Sabatino, and Historian and Preservationist, Susan Benjamin. A panel discussion followed moderated by Reed Kroloff, dean of the College of Architecture. Special guests included Jeanne Moutoussamy, and Ashe and Margaret McCurry, who grew up in houses designed by their fathers who were alumni from the College of Architecture.
